What counts as a contact
Your plan's limit is the number of contacts PopSpin collects for you in a month.

A signup is one contact
Each visitor who fills in the form counts once, whatever they win. Someone turned away because they already played does not count.

No form, then each play counts
On a campaign with every form field turned off, each play counts as one contact instead.

Views never count
Visitors who see the popup, close it, or open it from the side button are free.

Counts reset every month
The count starts again on the first day of each calendar month (UTC), whenever you subscribed.
When you reach the limit, PopSpin allows 10 more plays, then stops showing your popups until the next month and emails you once. Upgrade and they show again straight away. Nothing already collected is lost.
More than 10,000 contacts a month?
Ultra plans collect up to 100,000 contacts a month, with priority support. They are offered on request: email us your store address and we will turn them on for you.

Billing questions
How are monthly contact limits counted?
Each new signup counts as one contact. On campaigns with no form, each play counts instead. Counts reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Views of the popup never count.
What happens if my store reaches its monthly contact limit?
After a few extra plays, your popups stop showing until next month, and we email you once to let you know. Upgrade on the Plans page and they show again straight away.
Can I switch or cancel my subscription plan anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed through your Shopify invoice, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the Plans page. Uninstalling the app also cancels it.
